This is to say a heartfelt THANK YOU to you both. I am computer illiterate and have numerous enquiries which you answer with tact and honesty – must at times be so boring for you. Another reason I am grateful is scams. The world is spiteful and nasty and it does seem to target those born before 1990. Another reason to say thank you is that Ian was married in our marvellous Minster and can find his way, when there is a serious problem, to Wimborne. It is a skill few computer people possess. And of course you understand GDPR! Please keep going.

I recently had a problem with an update and not able to access my computer, although not a member at the time Pete rang back immediately and took the computer away to fix within the hour, after some difficulty Pete managed to fix and return the next day. Had my first home visit recently to help with transferring photos from my different devices. Am now able to organise and use my photos with efficiency, and consequently enjoy them much more, and save a huge amount of time. Group courses that I have attended in the past were helpful, but this targeted a specific need. Am most grateful, and it won’t be long before I request help with another project. Many thanks.

I should like to give 5+ stars to Happy Lappy. Some years ago a friend started teaching me how to use a computer but he sadly died. I was going to give up until I discovered Happy Lappy and I have nothing but thanks and praise for them. They are completely professional, but friendly and so patient! They come to your house and explain everything so clearly that it gives you confidence. No problem is too small or too complicated. Ian and Angela also give very interesting and informative talks. I can’t recommend them enough and wish them every success in the future.

We’ve been Gold Members for a year and wish we’d signed up earlier. It’s a brilliant service. To have someone to respond quickly to an email or call out when you’re stuck is so reassuring. Our recent new computer installation was so much smoother because Ian helped us with the selection, back up and transfer of data and got us up and running. I first attended the Happy Lappy courses three years ago when the family bought me an iPad for my birthday. It really helped to build up my confidence and understanding, and I loved the fact that I learnt to do this independently! Yes you can get your computer set up at somewhere like Currys PC World, but Happy Lappy will set you up with only what you really want, in your own home, and will only leave you when you are completely happy and satisfied with your system or tour problem has been solved. Always professional, friendly and caring. Have never had any hesitation in recommending them, and will continue to do so.

I am a busy user of a laptop and an iPad but I have only the most rudimentary idea of how they work. I used to have built-in IT support in my job.
